Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Drop Off or Collection
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point, or schedule a home collection via our logistics partner.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
